  Exporting HDV seq. loses synch

  I have a 55 minute HDV sequence. When I export a reference movie leaving settings the same I have picture losing synch with the audio. The first time it happened about 15 minutes into the piece. I rechecked the sequence, it was fine on playback. 2nd time I tried the export, it lost synch 28 minutes in.

  any ideas?
