    Hi

I have a timeline in Premiere Pro CS3, with footage shot on XH-A1, and editing in a Canon 24F timeline.

My question, is when exporting it out to a single file to use to upload onto vimeo, youtube, etc, what is the best settings one should use to export, to assure the best quality?

    Thanks

    – Ken

I am not sure because i have not realy worked with CS3 but in CS4 it reads under Windows Media, HDTV 720p 24 high quality. You can even pick HDTV 1080p 24 high quality.
