Exporting – hang up in frames
Hi!
When I export my Canon 7D 1920×1080- H.264-24p from premiere, it don’t look good at all. The frames “hangs”
I have tried many exporting methods. Like “HDTV 1080p 24 HQ” and “Vimeo HD” 24 and 30..What will solve this?

What bit rate are you using for your compression? I would start troubleshooting by taking a smal 10 sec clip of the area that looks the worst and play around with your compression settings.

Make sure that the frame rate of your edit sequence matches the footage. Looks like there are interpolated frames in there. Frame rate should be consistent through entire workflow

I found i found the soluting to my problem. NeatVideo! When i uninstalled neatvideo, it worked fine:)
