Exporting from HD to mpeg2 problems

Thank you for all the help. Can i change my projectsettings now, after editing everything? And i shot everything in AUTO mode, but with the framerate 50i. Maybe you can help me with the best export settings for a DVD, and for a moviefile i want to keep on my computer.

Change your setting now to 1080i25.
Make new sequence and copy content from old timeline into new timeline. Done.

mpeg-2 dvd pal widescreen high quality.
