Exporting from FCP
Hello all:
Can anyone tell me how to export the following specification from Final Cut 7? I know how to export MPEG 4, but am not sure how to set the other criteria. I don’t see any way to do this. Please help!
MP4, h264 High Profile @ L4.0, a 6-8 Mbps, 1920×1080 50i (upper field first), 16:9

Don’t do this from FCP. Export a self contained QT file…sequence settings. And then use MPEG STREAMCLIP to do this. Or use Compressor (The result will be a .mov) and use MPEG to “save as” an .mp4.
