  Exporting from Encore CS6 for use on YouTube

  Good evening:
  I have exported a file from Encore CS6 to a .swf file for use on the web.
  The people I am doing this for would like it to go on YouTube.
  The file contains an index page, links to two other text pages, and 3 videos.
  Is there a way to use this file as is for YouTube or does it need to be converted in such a way as to keep all the links?
  My friends said “do it as a .mov file. That’s supposed to work.”
  I am just learning CS6 and my friends are Occupational Therapists with no technical expertise.
  Thanks for any help you can provide.
