I have tried exporting video using H.264 however the video doesn’t play back smooth. And it plays shakey even before I’ve put it on the web. So why is my video not running smooth? And the file size is still too big 869.2mb. Please help Apple’s Manual isn’t that helpful

What settings do you recommend for the web?

What’s the length and size of your original file?

I generally use the Quicktime 7 Web Download 800kbps setting in Compresor.
