    Hello,

    I’ll be exporting some commercial spots this summer and am looking for some experts on here to help me.

    I shoot 1080/24p but the network wants either 1080i/29.97 or 720p/59.94. I’d like to keep it progressive but am having issues exporting according to their specs:

    Quicktime / H264
    45Mbps (CBR)
    GOP = Default
    Chroma = 4:2:2

    When I choose Quicktime and H264, I don’t see an option to set the bit rate. There is only one box at the bottom – about limiting the bit rate – which I uncheck. But aside from that, I don’t see any sliders to increase the bit rate.

    My other option is to make an MPEG-2 Transport Stream at 1080i/29.97. I hate interlaced video so am trying to go the progressive route.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
