I shot a Virtual Tour for a real estate agent and I was wondering what would be the best export settings so that I can put it on the web for her. I used a Sony AVCHD camcorder and I have exported before but the quality is not always up to my standards. My footage is 29.97fps//1440×1080// 14.2mb/s// Apple Pro Res. Any help would be highly appreciated.

It all comes down to how large a file do you want to make and what codec & playback do you want to use?

h.264 wrapped as .mp4 is becoming more or less universal, it can be played back by Quicktime, Windows Media Player, VLC, Flash & many other players.

Flash will work with any web browser.
