  • Exporting Audio With AAC Codec

For some reason when I try to export my film to a .mov (or any other format for that matter) and I choose the audio section it doesn’t give me the choice of any codec to use.. I can only have uncompressed audio.

Furthermore, there’s no option to set the bit rate…

How can I set the bit rate to 128 kbps and use the AAC codec for my audio when exporting to a .mov?

Are you in the “Adobe Media Encoder”? The only QT format worth using is H264 and it has all the audio options.

If you have quicktime pro, you could run it through that programme after your Prem render.
