    AAC is probably your best bet. Set it to VBR to save the most space. 128 kbps is a pretty safe average setting. Less than that is still pretty good, certainly ok if your entire video is just someone talking. Going above that might be worth it if your audio is complex, but you should probably do some tests. There’s no sense setting the bit rate higher if you can’t hear any difference between that and 128.
