    Exporting at Maximum Depth creates a single pixel black line at the top

    Exporting in 1080 using JPEG2000 on a modern windows Machine in Premiere 2019. Clip dimensions match sequence dimensions which match output dimensions and it’s progressive.

    Things I’ve ruled out:
    Exporting via PR vs AME
    Using Software only vs GPU

    Keeping everything the same except unchecking Render at Maximum depth and the line goes away.

    in the adobe forums, it was a bug. not sure if bug is resolved in latest update.
