    Exporting as final cut movie file not quicktime

    Hi I hope someone can help with a question about final cut express hd. When I export my project as a quicktime movie it actually exports as a final cut express movie file. This file plays in quicktime, but i need a .mov to import it to Flash. Any help gratefully accepted!

    FILE > EXPORT > USING QUICKTIME CONVERSION

    Select “OPTIONS” button and make the appropriate settings selections.
