Exporting and looping
Hey guys.
I first want to thank anyone who takes the time to reply. I seriously appricate it.
I am shooting a small commercial 30 seconds long in 30 fps 1080p on my 60d. I need to make a loopable dvd and I am not very good at making dvds. My first question in what do I export the video out of premiere as for the highest quality? I know i could dynamic link it but I dont want to do that. And then how to i loop it? Is it just an end action?
Oh also what aspect ratio should to menue be in? 16:9?

Hi Tom,
Export using the “MPEG-2 DVD” format, and choose the “DV Widescreen Progressive 29.97” preset (wording may vary slightly by Adobe version).
Set video encoding to 8.0 CBR
This will create two files, .m2v video and .wav audio. In Encore, use “Import as Timeline” and grab both at once.
Can’t remember the last time I made a looping DVD, but I believe you are correct, direct End Action go back to play the clip again.
