Exporting an MP4 with 4 audio channels from Premiere
I am trying to find a way to attach a 4 channel audio format to an MP4. Working on a 360 project with spatialized audio (delivers as a 4 channel audio file). The company handling delivery says that they need an MP4 to load in their system.
In the past I have exported mov’s with uncompressed audio to export 4 channels in the proper order, it’s beginning to look like Premiere can’t do this with MP4’s…can anyone confirm?
Anyone have any workarounds or suggestions?
Handbrake, Subler, FCP7, FCPX, QT7 and MPEG Streamclip have all failed me. From what I’ve heard ffmpeg can do this with quicktime files but not mp4’s as well.
