Exporting a still frame from a clip
I can make a freeze frame, but I can’t export it to a .jpeg or .tiff file to use as a still. Any suggestions? I remember being able to do it in Adobe.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to save the settings to make them default? I like to export stills as a tiff file but everytime I start up FCP, I have to reset the settings.
