Exporting a project to keep only the sequence content
I’ve been told there’s a way to export or save a project while keeping only the video and other elements used in the sequence. Is this truly possible? If so, how?
If it’s possible I would like to know how so I can send a project which is, in it’s present from, way too big to send anyone. -

File > Project Manager. If you have an older version of Premiere, I think it’s under the edit menu.
Select the timelines you want to keep and select “exclude unused” and select “collect files and copy to new location”.
The option to create trimmed files works on only a select set of media files, I think XDCAM and some others.
