    I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3

    I am having difficulty exporting my project, it always look terrible.

    It has occurred to me that the problem could be that I started my project in the following mode:
    DV – NSC Standard 48kHz

    I am however trying to view the outputted file in the UK, could it be that my pc is Pal and so the file looks terrible????

    In which case my three questions are:

    1) Despite editing in NTSC, can I output to PAL? If so how?

    2) Can I convert my project mid editing mode from NTSC to PAL?

    3) Is it best to output my video using either:

    > File > Export > Movie
    or
    > File > Export > Adobe Media Encoder

    It’s usually best to use the Adobe Media Encoder unless you really know what you’re doing. However, concerning PAL/NTSC see : FAQ:How do I convert PAL/NTSC?
