Exporting 5.1 from FCP
Hello
We’ve recently got a sound mix back from post, both in stereo and 5.1.
I’ve never tried to export 5.1 sound before now and thought it would be a lot more straight forward that it appears to be.
Does anyone have an easy method of exporting it from FCP at current settings?

What are you exporting to? If you’re trying to make a Quicktime from your sequence with 6 tracks of audio, you should check out Shane’s tutorial as it explains it all:
