EXPORTED MOVIE does not look the same as editor !!
Hi there..
I am editing some footage filed at 1080/50i at 24 Fps. The camera was a Panasonic Hvx200A, so the the material was saved to a P2 Card ( MXF FILES ).
The Footage is for progecting in a live music show, but to keep it simple its supposed to be like having a pro music video playing the whole show..Synced of course..
Well, I have edited the material and loks amazing on the editor of final Cut Pro 5. (7 next week) and the image comes out different.
Now i have read many post offering different export options from Animation-Millions of Colors & + – Set filters like 1930 Colors. And what i gather is that Final is designed to you you what the result would look like on a TV, NOT a laptop/Computer Screen.
To be honest i have got the clarity and the colors bang on, Very crisp.
BUT HERE IS THE PROBLEM.
The way it moves seems to ” REAL ” after exporting.
On the editor, the clips look like pro, smooth running clips like you would see on MTV. Music video style. But after exporting, The clips look Flat and the movements look un-doctored.
I know this is a very average joke way of explaining, but that whats going on here for me..
How can i export to have it look like in the viewer?… I wanna go for that Music video look..
Thank you very much..
John
