Exported long files won’t open
Hi – I have been trying to export a long event video (just over an hour) for a client, using the same export settings as I do for shorter clips.
The video appears to export fine (no error messages), but the clips will not open. I’ve tried a variety of settings under the H.264 dropdown menu, but have the same problem with all.
I ended up dividing the clip up and sending through like that for them to piece through at the other end, but at some point they will need it as a single clip.
I’ve never had an issue with shorter clips, and I very seldom work in longer formats, so I’m a bit stumped – any ideas?
