  Exported H.264 is Brighter than Original

  I’ve noticed at home and at work that when I export out to H.264 the video is brighter than the original source. Is there a way to fix this? At home I export out of Avid Xpress Pro HD and at work I use Premiere Pro and After Effects. I love the compression, but I need it to stop getting brighter with each export.
