Exported Clip Flickers in Media Player
After exporting an AVI clip, when I played it in Media Player the clip looks like it flickers very fast, especially near the top portion of the clip. I exported several prior clips and this didn’t happen. Now, it seems whatever I export I am getting this problem. The flickering doesn’t occur when I monitor from within Premiere Pro, only after exporting and viewing with Media Player. The problem doesn’t seem to be Media Player because other clips play fine. I tried to reinstall Premiere Pro, but I’m still getting the same problem. Any ideas?

What is your intended target ? Computer or TV?
What are your settings for export?Is it graphics with horizontal lines or pure video ?

I really have no clue why the problem occurred and why it suddenly went away. I was exporting for playback on the computer. I was also creating SVCD files, but today there was no “flickering” or anything. I’ve heard of Premiere Pro suddenly having strange or erratic behavior, and that’s why I tried to reinstall. The reinstall did nothing. I think getting a good night’s sleep fixed it!
