Export XML with Render Files
Another editor and I are working on projects simultaneously. She has FCP 6 and I have FCP 7. I can open XML files she sends me, but she ends up having unrendered files on her end. The only solutions we have as of now is either for her to simply render, which takes 2 hours, or for me to send her the render files. Any other ways to work this out?

Render files cannot be embedded in an XML. And, render files are as large as the original media…so they will be big. Unless you ship physical drives, this isn’t too plausible.
