    Is there a way to export video frame by frame into a folder so I can then use it as an image sequence please?

    Sure- you can export JPG, Tiff, TGA, PNG…- all available in the render queue/Output Module/Format.

    na I mean as in video frames in batch – one after the other as in a sequence. Its very tedious doing it one by one.

    Seems like you didn’t take the time to read (or even try out) Ted’s entire response before responding back.

    Read again (following his instructions) and you’ll see that you can easily create image sequences out of After Effects.
