I have a 1920×1080 Pro Res 422 HQ format based project. The client needs a .WMV 1280×720 30fps in Stereo. What’s the best way to export in FCP? How else could I export high quality WMV’s under 1GB?

    Thank you!

You need to purchase Flip4Mac to create WMV from FCP. It better not be very long if you wnat to keep it under 1G.

Just a heads up. If you get quirky lines in your WMV or stalling out, try exporting to animation or H.264 at best quality BEFORE making the wmv. It fixes a lot of woes over here.

So, if the WMV’s I am creating max out at 30 seconds even though the video I am converting is 4 minutes, that means I don’t have a full version of Flip4Mac?

I was certain I purchased the version I have. How do I tell? Short of searching my credit card statements, is the fact the WMV’s are maxing out at 30x proof enough I have a trial version?

I do all these purchases over the ‘net usually, and I did a big buy in January. Although I have Flip4Mac on my MacPro, I don’t know if it’s trial or purchased.
