I’m trying to export my timeline into an OMF format, because I’ve been told it’s faster to import into my timeline because I use an Avid Meridien-based editing system (PC).

I set up my render queue, using 1:1 compression. When I tell the queue to Render, it stops with an error msg “Failed at #######”. The first frame. Even if I change the export start time, it still fails at the new first frame. Any idea what’s going on?

According to the specs I found (https://www.avid.com/products/datasheets/xpressdv.pdf), 4.6 is approved to work with XP SP1 (SP2 wasn’t used until 5.X)….

    Has your export ever worked?

Never mind – I just saw your other post saying you are on a Meridian system. I missed the part where you said that….
