    I am running Final Cut Pro 7.0.3 and I have Adobe Flash CS6 installed. I have seen plenty of threads from 2008 and 2009 struggling with exporting to FLV, but nothing more recent. What needs to be installed make a Quicktime conversion to FLV in FCP? Or is changing the extension on an H264 from MOV to FLV the accepted way to go?

    Believe it or not, you can change the extension to flv.
