  export to flash lib error PP CS3

  exporting a video from PP CS3 to flv using media encoder I encounter the following error;

  OMP abort: Initializing libguide.lib, but found libguide40.dll already
  initialized. This can cause performance degradation.
  Set enviroment variable KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK=TRUE if you want your program to
  continue in this case

  I found a post with what seemed the same situation but was not resolved.
