    Is there any way to change the settings for “Export to DVD”? Will it only export stereo PCM as the audio?

    It depends on the version of Premiere you are using. PP2 gives you a choice between PCM, Mpeg2, or Dolby Digital (Free trial).

    That’s under the audio tab at the bottom.
