    Hey everyone,

I recently put AFX on my system, and I can’t get the AVID DV codec (or Meridien -compressed/uncompressed) to export correctly. I have AVID DV Xpress on my system, so I should have all the correct codecs, but when I export, the file (I don’t have anywhere to upload a screen shot) is the full file-size it should be, the length of the clip is fine, and I have audio (when I export with audio). But visually, the screen is a grey screen with 10 rows of 10 [in a grid pattern] circular dots that are red green and blue colored. (that’s my best description) there is no motion to the dots.

I have been sucessfully exporting movies out of AFX with the Animation codec (they are HUGE!) but would like the “quick import” functionality and smaller file size that the DV codec would provide.

    Any help?
