June 2, 2011 at 9:41 pmh.264 files aren’t supported in FCP 7… so if that’s what some of these clips are, that is the reason you’re having problems… Gotta transcode them to ProRes.

As long as you don’t know if the problem in on the rendering or on the exporting, try to render the time-line (Prores) before any exporting.
