Export Still IMage
I shot some stuff in 1080i. The client asked me to export a still frame that they want to use in a print piece. They are not going to use it very large so it should work reasonably well.
I’ve never been asked to do this before and don’t know where to begin. Ideas anyone?

Park your playhead over the shot you want, then file>export using QuickTime conversion. When the save window comes up select still image in the format pull down menu. The options button will then let you select the still pix format.
