    Export Still Frame – Premiere Pro 2.0

    Anyone having trouble exporting a still frame from 2.0? I get a file containing only black regardless of what’s on the timeline. Tried different source files and file formats, all with the exact same result.

    Matrox RTX-100 with the latest drivers. Everything else seems to be working great, just finished a :30 TV spot without any problems.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Try using a non-matrox project preset.

    Glad to help. Sometimes the Matrox presets act weird.
