  Export South Park like Animation

  I created an animation in AE using still images, much like South Park. Now, I need to export it at full res to work with in Adobe Premiere. What’s the best file type/compression to export it as? In the past I’ve used Quicktime with Animation codec and Targa sequences. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
