  export settings help

  Hi, i have a video I’ve been working on that I’ll be showing to my school at a presentation. But I’m kind of new to After Effects and all the export settings make my head spin. So basically, I have a 640×480 vid that I want to export as an .avi at a pretty high resolution. But my last attempt at exporting it came out to be almost 175mb for a 2min. clip. Can anyone reccomend me good settings for a high resolution video at less than 100mb? Thanks
