  EXPORT SETTING in RESOLVE

  Hey guys,

  We’re getting color corrected MXF files from our DIT, everything done on Resolve. Working on a reality show. (Editing.)

  Unfortunately, when we get the files, we’re just getting folders of them, and it’s just a bundle of clips that we drag in, which we then have to laboriously sort into their proper shoot days, but there’s no source file name, so we have to AMA to the original clips and frame match to sort them into their proper shoot-day bins. (Organization, organization.)

  Is there an Export setting in Resolve (I believe there is) that will allow for exporting the hi-rez MXFs WITH the shoot day information, so we can speed up this process? (When we AMA, we’re AMAing to the original camera files, which are in shoot day folders, etc.)
