  Export setings cann’t change video quality

  Hello

  I am using premiere pro CC and on export media when I set match sequence settings I can not change the quality of my video (it is set to 50). export is in *.mpeg format

  On sequence settings my settings are HDV and video preview is on I-Frame Only MPEG

  One more thing. My rendering is very slow (CUDA Mercury etc and all enabled), compared to CS6. Any idea? That is why I am using match sequence settings and use previews so my export is a little bit faster (still rendering while editing is slow)
