Export sequence to Encore challenge
Hi Everyone,
I am new to HD editing so please forgive the minor ignorance. I exported a sequence (QT Reference, Avid codec) to a folder, to put into Adobe Encore for a DVD burn as I normally did for SD editing. However this time when I exported a sequence (HDV 720p)to Encore, I looked at the video, the graphic animation at the front and back of the sequence is just a white screen.Any ideas of what might cause this?

We’ve experienced some similiar problems using QT references at our facility also. While we haven’t figured out exactly what is causing it(doesn’t happen every time), we’ve discovered that by doing a video mixdown first and exporting that, the QT references get all the information needed.
