Export to QuickTime Movie is best used when exporting to current settings. That will copy the media files rather than recompressing. If you want a complete QuickTime movie, check make self-contained. If you want a reference movie which will only play on a machine with access to the media, uncheck make self-contained for a smaller file.

    All the best,

    Tom
