  Export problem with default export settings

  I have a new !Mac and when I export (Final Cut Pro 7) to the uncompressed default Quicktime setting I get problems on playback in Quicktime. See image below, pixels/information is missing in some frames. It plays fine on the canvass in FCP and when I export using the Quicktime conversion I don’t seem to have the problem. I tried it with several projects with always the same problem. Any ideas? Never happened before on my old machine.

  My sequence settings on the timeline are are: HD (1440 x 1080i) 16:9. Compressor is HDV 1080i60 and audio is LC 8, 16-bit, channeled group.
