  export obj with colors

  Fairly new with C4D, mainly looking to use it with cad files. Right now, I am looking at a DXF file that I have sucessfully opened in C4D, and it has all the object colors and is rendering out very nice looking stuff. My boss wants to mess with it in Zaxwerks, but when I try to export the obj file for him, the colors of the objects are not saved in the obj file. He does have other obj files that the cad guys gave him that DO have the colors there when he imports it into Zaxwerks.

  I have tried using the the riptide exporter, and creates another .mtl file, but zaxwerks can’t read those.

  Question is, how do I save the obj from C4D with the colors (textures) saved within the obj file?
