Export Movie sequnce to avi for Encore.
What is the best way to export avi for Encore for best DVD quality?
My Settings are DV NTSC 29.97 FPS 720X480 I captured from Sony handy cam via fire wire in uncompressed avi. My final is 55 minutes long.
I have previously just exported the final sequence in uncompressed avi. came out to about 35gb (which is cool) buy when watching it you can see lines going across it wasn’t as smooth and crisp as my captured raw footage. It also came out the same way when I used Encore to create a dvd.
Any suggestions be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you see those lines at Encore previews, its normal.
Do your chapters, menus etc and let Encore do the automatic transcodings.
