Export Keywords/Metadata
Can you export Keywords/Metadata or search them outside of FCP. Haven’t found anything in the manual about this so thought I’d check up on here.
I’m an organizational nut and love the fact Apple is starting to take organization seriously. I personally see the new ways to input metadata to finally make it standard practice to organize your footage in a logical way. Once you can search the metadata outside of FCP X I could see many companies using it to just quickly organize footage. Maybe they’ll put some of the FCP Server stuff in here since it would fit well.
