  Export JUST Chapters?

  I know how to import a TXT file of chapters into DVD Studio Pro like this:

  Is there any way in Final Cut to create that TXT file from makers in my timeline? Or do I need to type it by hand?

  (Re-exporting the video to include markers isn’t a good solution here, it took 4 hours to compress the video, I can copy all the markers by hand faster than that if if I have to.)
