Hello. I’m from Paris and shoot in AVCHD 50p. I can use these rushes directly for video editing on the timeline of PPRO CS6 (a presets is defined for this format). But when I try to export by using the sequence configuration (clicking on the dedicated check box in Media Encoder), I get an error message: “Video compilation error – disk full”. But my disk isn’t full: there are 150 GO left on it.

1/ I tried to export to another internal disk (an export disk of 250 GO): I got the same message.

2/ I tried with another sequence, with a single clip: same error.

3/ I tried to re-import my project into a new one: same error.

The only solution I found was to export at 50i (25 fps interlaced).
I have these exportation issues since I upgraded to CS6: last week I was on CS5 and I was able to export to AVCHD 50p perfectly.

Have you ever heard about this problem on CS6 before ?

Thank you for your feedback. I’m quite disappointed byu my upgradring at this step though CS6 brings a lot of improvements (like the open cl acceleration on mercury engine, of which I can take advantage thanks to my ATI RADEON 5770 graphic card).

Did you just remove a bunch of date from one of those hard drives and it’s still in the trash?
I would get a new hard drive with room to grow.

curiously it’s not an hard drive issue: i tried to edit video from another hard drive and to export to another one. Same message. More than 200 GB free. And the problem occurs with avchd 50p preset only.
Nothing in the trash. And this problem appears since I passed from CS5 to CS6.

No more experience to share … ?

I will try alone to fix this issue, I will search a bit more.

Now I came accross a new issue concerning Encore CS6: it crashes every time I do a preview or try to create a new timeline …

So for me on Mac OS X Lion, CS6 seems to be completely unstable comparatively to CS5 that was working greatly.
