Export H.264 Video with Mp3 Audio Format Settings in Premiere Pro CC 2019
Hello,
I have a client who wants the video output in following formats:
All videos should be submitted in Mp4 format (H.264 + Mp3 encoding) in three versions
1080p (Bitrate 5.2 Mbps)
720p (Bitrate 2.56 Mbps)
480p (Bitrate 1.28 Mbps)We have edited in Premiere Pro CC 2019, and when we go to take output of the videos with H.264, the audio format settings gives either AAC or MPEG.
We had sent the files with AAC format settings, however, they came back and said it should be in Mp3 format.
Now, is there a way we could get Audio format settings Mp3 with H.264 in Premiere Pro CC 2019. If not, what is the BEST tool for converting the videos to these settings?
(And why does the client want a setting which Premiere Pro CC 2019 doesn’t even provide?)
We have tried Handbrake & its converting H.264 + Mp3, is this the solution to the issue or there is a better tool to convert in this format.

xmedia-recode can convert the audio only and just copy the video to a new file.
