  Export h264 options: duplicates or not?

  File/Export/Using Quicktime Conversion/Quicktime Movie: Options/Size

  will present you with two groups of lists of filesize options. They seem largely duplicative (e.g., “1280 x 720 HD” in one list, “HD 1280 x 720 16:9” in another). Why the two lists? What’s the difference?
