  • Export h.264 from AE 7// or MPEG4

Have a client who needs some video(+audio) in h.264 format.

The file can’t be in QT format.

My AE version is 7.0.1 Pro. I’m not seeing an MPEG4 encoder in the list.

How does one get either h.264 or MPEG4 output from AE7? Thanks.

(encoding a QT file w/ h.264 invariably crashes.)

I would not recommend h264 or MPEG4 encoding from AE for client delivery. Use Adobe Media Encoder to compress a uncompressed render from AE. If you do not have Encoder you can use Super

Thanks for the lead, but that thing looked like it was going to install some really ugly marketing crap onto my browser. I passed.

    Too dodgy by half.
