Export Framerate: What’s The Difference?
This is something that’s always been a curiosity to me. Say I’ve filmed something in 23.976 FPS. My project includes only video, no generated media t all. I understand that changing the project framerate makes a difference in the editing process. But since all the source footage is 23.976 FPS, what would be the difference if I set the export rate to 24 FPS, or 30, or even 60? Would the exported file have any visible difference? If so, what? Surely, footage that is 23.976 can’t be viewed at any higher framerate than what it already is. Thanks in advance.
